Before my wedding, the one piece of advise I would give any Bride is to have a coordinator. However, after my wedding I would say your coordinator needs to be Kayla! When my wife told me she hired a coordinator; at first I was very upset thinking “what even is a wedding coordinator and why do you we need one”. When it was time for our rehearsal, Kayla showed up and I looked at my wife and told her “this is the best money we’ve spent on this entire wedding”. She showed up promptly, professionally and lead a 20 person wedding party with ease. We will always be grateful for Kayla and her team for putting our minds at ease.

We feel we weren't listened to and weren't recommended what fit our needs best after sharing our preferences. We initially received same-day/next day responses. After the contract/deposit, no reply for a month and now a 2-day minimum response rate for emails that feel very impersonal. We were told our Pinterest board and what we shared would be posted to the portal but on our end, this happened after the month-long absence - After we expressed our discontent. This felt unprofessional & disrespectful to us.
