I've done my homework on physician's and Doctor Fazio and I mean everyone from her staff including the few who stand out ...Cristina, Cindy, Felisha take the time to get to know their patients and their specific needs. Everyone is different but they really do care and have followed up with me even though I'm no longer a patient to check on me and that's what I call the great customer service.
Dr Fazio is a very thorough and kind person. She really listens. During my struggles with hypothyroidism and high blood pressure she has given me peace of mind. Her staff is very friendly and timely as well, responding to me promptly. This is a wonderful practice.
Dr. Fazio and the office are absolutely fabulous. I would highly recommend them!
Her inexperience and healthy age has left her with no compassion for people who are dealing with chronic illness. After begging and crying for 3 years she’s done nothing to seem concerned for patient health or quality of life. No review of labs or tests for 3 or more months and little desire to help. Almost seems like a burden to her. Begged her for years for different labs and help. Found a doctor who finds the root of the issue and will instead of just prescribed medication.
