Kayla is wonderful. People are mostly respectful and courteous. However, if you are going in for a mammogram, an ultrasound and then meet with the provider, they do not do well in keeping time. My appointment was at 1:15PM (granted, I checked in at at 1:16). Mammogram was scheduled for 1:15, ultrasound 1:45, meet the provider at 2:30. Here is how it went instead- Mammogram was done promptly at 1:30. That was completed in like 5 minutes. I was back in the waiting room to wait for my ultrasound which was scheduled for 1:45.
