I do NOT recommend this doctor, went for endo to test for celiac and he did not take enough biopsies to test. Now my insurance company will not approve another for two years.
Billed my insurance company a year after service, for a follow up call I had post surgery with Jeffers. The 5-10 minute called billed $276 to my insurance company, and generated another $50 copay for me a year after service. When talking to billing, they said I owed the money. When billing, and I, three way called my insurance company, then the billing department said the bill was coded wrong, and is being investigated on if it was "coded" correctly, and should have been processed. Dr Jeffers called me himself to check on how I was doing after my procedure. I really appreciated it.
office manager and dr jeffers nurse uncommunicative. really don't care about the patient as a person just another procedure. cancelled my appointments. i'd give no stars if that was an option
