Dr Kaye we scheduled to look at my daughter for UTI. The nursing staff who was taking care of us, along with their supervisor, explained that she had an adhesion and it had to be removed to collect urine. They said she would be given medicine to put her out so the urologist could do what needed to be done. He was supposed to come consult us on the next steps while the medicine was kicking in. While he was consulting and inspecting at our daughters bedside he said “ 1, 2, 3, BOOM!” And broke her adhesion open with his hands. ... read more
I was there for one day And told me only 3h And I can’t feed my kid
Very poor experience. During the initial pre-op appointment he wanted to take my son's testicles completely out because there's a possibility he may not have children! Even so, that's no reason to castrate a person! Another issue we had- the day of the surgery, the RN called us in an hour early, saying the dr was running ahead of schedule, we get there early, and have to wait over 4 hours for dr to show up- he was not running early, RNs say he does this all the time. We had a few other issues
Dr. Kaye was wonderful! I didn't wait long to see him and when he came into the room he waz very warm and relaxing. He gave his honest opinions, also gave us our options! He was knowledgeable about his craft and also the other Dr's practicing his craft! He spoke directly to my son which made him open up and be comfortable! I am glad I selected him to care for my son! I am not the easiest Mom to please!
Dr. Kaye is a great dr but the fact tht i have to sit in a room with angery children screaming for 2 hours makes me want to never come back here. I would not recommend to anybody.
Dr. Kaye was a wonderful doctor. However, his staff lacks any professionalism and any kind of bed side manner. Patients that see Dr. Kaye are very sick and dealing with this staff makes it almost unbearable to go to this doctor. Not impressed at all. I will be steering my friends and family away from this practice.
