I have been going to Kaydy since I moved to Chicago. She is wonderful, and has always done an excellent job. Kaydy started her own business a few years ago during the pandemic, and it has grown quickly. Her clients are loyal. My hair tends to grow quite long and thick, so can take longer to cut. Kaydy’s quality and skill is matched by very reasonably priced services. Highly recommend!
This was honestly one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. I came in as a super light blonde, asking for highlights to go lighter and fix my roots so I could match my extensions. Instead, I walked out basically a brunette — the total opposite of what I asked for. She admitted to using the wrong toner, and then overloaded my hair with more chemicals trying to fix it.
