Gift card wasn't working, stylist didn't even try to help was too busy taking care of a higher paying perm coming in, wasn't given time of day, didn't say goodbye felt like a burden then more than a customer, also really didn't like my first experience of anything to be broadcasted across the entire salon. Ended up paying everything out of pocket. Couldn't have felt more unwanted there.

Schyler did my hair and it was my first time in this salon. She did a contemporary shag cut with balayage and I could not be more pleased. It came out beautifully and I left feeling so taken care of! She was skilled, confident and so kind. I will be back. Love my new hair so much. Thank you!!

I put myself on the waitlist on Saturday to hopefully get an appointment Monday and luckily got the appointment. I got a haircut and blowout service. My only critique is I wish my hair was washed a little better (underneath) and my hair wasn’t fully dry when I left which seems to be an issue no matter where I go. Maybe more time should be blocked out for this service? Overall, I was happy with my haircut which I feel matters the most. I will definitely be back in the future when i need another haircut.
