Seek out another OBGYN If I could have rated no stars I would. Trust me when I say he is not professional. I cannot hold my tongue any longer. He would be at home a lot of times, keeping his patients waiting in an overbooked, crowded office. Once, it was for personal reasons and he simply couldn't be bothered. Great Doctor! I actually could not disagree more with the other reviews. The only negative is the small waiting room and I feel the office staff could be a bit more professional. Dr. Kayani was my OB for my first pregnancy, I thought he was attentive and thoughtful. He asked questions about how I was doing and genuinely seemed to care. When it came time for delivery he was gentle and friendly. He always seemed to have mine and my baby's best interest in mind. Don't use him He delivered my 3rd child. My labor was painless until he showed up. He used his hands to dialate me from a 9 to a 10 & ripped me from 1 end to the other. I had an episiotomy w/ my 1st child but not the 2nd & the 3rd was not larger than the other 2. Even after the baby was delivered he still had his hands in me ripping me open to get the placenta. Do not use this dr My very first vist to this dr i was 13 weeks pregant then the next dr vist he said i was 25 weeks pregant. he never knew how far along i was. He was very rude and rough. You could bearly understand what he was talking about. He lied he told me that next time i would be able to find out the sex of the baby and i could bring up to 4 people well he had them people meet us there and he said only me and the baby daddy could go back. The worst dr. imaginable First of all, Im soo glad i found this website!! I've never taken the time to write a review but i feel soo much discontent with this doctor, i just felt the need to warn other future mothers!! I was almost taken by shock in the manner this man handles his patients. He was extrememly uninterested in the well-being of my health and made it seem like i was just a huge inconvenience to his day. No skill, unclean facility Where do I begin...his office is not clean, the waitingroom looks like a closet. There is no room, and it stunk. Dr. Kayani's bedside manner is horrible, his skill is no where up to par. His staff is nice, but thats not enough to make me want him as my dr! I changed dr.s after my first apt.
