Would like to share my experience and Journey with Kayal Physical Therapist, in the Stony Point Location….. 2022 , needed knee replacement PT….Everyone was Excellent all Staff including front desk. Problems 1&2 First after numerous calls took them 3 weeks to finally approve me with my insurance for pt to go 3 times over 2 weeks and show up for my 4th session for them to tell me that they don’t take my insurance so in 5 weeks total no one knew what they were doing. They told me the cost of the pt and I told them they had weeks to figure this out with insurance so that’s their problem it had nothing to do with me. I get told to where I need to be and show up. Had a complete knee replacement in early June. Started my outpatient rehab at Kayal two weeks later in Stony Point. I am so pleased with all the therapists & assistants. From the front desk staff to the therapy room has been nothing but a great experience. They make you feel so welcome. Almost like family. Everyone is so professional, knowledgeable & caring. Highly recommend this facility.
Great people, give attention to all your needs and concerns. Highly recommend for all your physical therapy needs.
