Everyone is nice here from front desk to the doctors to the therapists. Pauline and Patrick are very helpful and knowlegdble. Emily and Tony are knowlegable and nice as well. If you are having any kind of issues I would recommend coming here. All my questions are always answered and they are always making sure I feel okay.
Professional and friendly staff, comfortable environment for healing, and close to home! I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs physical therapy.
The holy grail of physical therapy. I HIGHLY recommend Pauline, she's astronomical at her job. I'm not finished... Patrick is super duper as well. Emily is the best aide here ever! I don't know the other person's name BUT... 5 out of 5 stars!
I called to determine if they had a practitioner who could diagnose and treat my injury and the receptionist would not even tell me if such a person worked there and if appointments were available unless she created a chart for me with all demographic and insurance information.
I can't recommend Kayal Physical Therapy enough! From the moment I walked in, Zee and the front desk staff were so accommodating and friendly, making me feel right at home. Patrick, my physical therapist, is exceptionally knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain everything. His personalized treatment plan has made a huge difference in my recovery.
