Kayal Orthopedics is a reputable facility and l've met both Dr Robert Kayal and his dad Michael Kayal at a function before years ago and they are Christians, like myself, and very thoughtful and kind, especially the dad. So l was shocked at my experience with Kayal MRI scheduling at Paramus and adverse experience at MRI in Franklin Lakes. I believe I was discriminated and retaliated against due to my race and my complaint about Lisa Joshi, an MRI front desk supervisor at Paramus. Kayal MRI are great and very helpful 5 star
Claude was extremely helpful and efficient! The whole process was well described and performed. Doug and Claude made me feel very comfortable. It was over before I knew it. Doug was great, explains the scan and very courteous. It was my third MRI here. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.
Always taken right away. Staff is polite and helpful.
