I rented a kayak from this company on a Sunday mid-afternoon. I went out further than planned, going all the way to an island with trees on all sides. I then lost concentration of direction, and long story-short, I ended up going in the wrong direction to the wrong end of the lake. The Company was very accommodating and came by motorboat to bring me back with the kayak. Although it ended up costing me some, they were very nice and professional.
