This was not my first time with a snorkeling tour in Puerto Rico, but so far has been my best experience. The organizers were very open to communication regarding any questions my booking members had, they operated in a very timely fashion and went the extra mile to provide an itinerary and kept full transparency with very clear directions throughout the whole experience. I did two tours with Kayaking PR, the Bio Bay tour and the Culebra Snorkeling Aquafari. For the bio bay tour, visibility was 5%, so we saw nothing. It was basically a stargazing/night time kayak tour which, don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed, but it is not what was advertised. I understand nature is nature and it’s not very predictable but the conditions listed as reasons for low visibility could’ve easily been communicated to us to re evaluate. The kayaking experience was worth it even if there wasn’t much bioluminescent that night. It was a great experience with amazing and knowledgeable staff!!
