We were super bummed to receive such bad vibe customer service at Kayak Hanalei. While we were prepared to pay more for the convenience of not having to load the kayak onto our car, we were not prepared for how rude the staff was. Even the people in line behind us commented on their rudeness. So much for the Aloha spirit at Kayak Hanalei!
We did the kayak and snorkeling trip and gabe was our guide. The whole experience was amazing, he was very knowledgeable, easy to make conversation with and made the trip that much better. Highly recommend!
We booked the morning kayak tour for 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). The weather was perfect which made kayaking in the ocean for the first time seem easy. Gabe was our tour guide, he was knowledgeable and fun. We had a great time, highly recommend!
Our guides were Gabe and Kolo. Great experience.
Gabriel was a fantastic guide for our tour. Saw tons of great fish a few turtles and generally just had a great time.
