Ok so here’s the deal I’m going to break this into three parts and explain the three stars. 1. Do not under any circumstances ride when the dam is going the current is far too powerful to paddle upstream if something happens or someone falls in. My 7 year old daughter could have died today. When they told us it was open I asked if it was going to be an aggressive current or if we’d be ok. The lady assured me it would be fine. Our trip was for a father/kids float and camp for a group of 65. Another guide service backed out and thankfully we found Kayak Branson. It was a one minute drive from Table Rock Lake State Park campground where we were staying. Kayak Branson was amazingly flexible and the best outfitter we’ve ever used. Their drop off and pick up service was very accommodating. They even bought some canoes just to accommodate our group. They are an amazing team!! Thank you. My family loves to kayak, and this trip did not disappoint! We kayaked on Table Rock Lake, but will definitely be trying Taneycomo and White River next time. The service for Kayak Branson was excellent. Carrying the kayak down to the water was not too burdensome.
