I went for eye brow threading on April 24-2026 at around 3:30 pm two employees were sitting on the chair in the front and the doors was open I opened the door and they told me that they both are on lunch and come back after on hour That very bad customer service I am unable to understand the that there should be a sign for lunch hour or they should go one at a time. I drove 10 miles for nothing. I am not going there again
Beyond rude. Walked in for service, while signing in we greeted the employee and were ignored. We decided to walk out. Too many places more deserving of our hard earned money. They also close at their discretion and turn you away before closing. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
Super bad experience I went their and they took super long to do my threading.
Very rude service. Do not waste your time or money here. Walked in did not get greeted, lady was very rude and seemed in a rush, was not satisfied with my service. I had the lady in the 2nd chair and she finished both eyebrows in less than a min. Didn’t feel like it was worth the price I paid. Definitely will not be returning.
Today l went there with my mom in law and l paid for her 30$ for service and the women she was very rude with us and she don’t to do her job well and she is hurt her in her chain and she did bad with us and l told her if you can’t do it let someone else to do she told me lam late for my lunch it’s really bad experience and l ask to use the restroom for my son 5 years old she said no it’s bad place
