I have been going here for years and noticed something different today. Number one has a red barbacide And number four has a black low barbacide While the other stations don’t have one. Barbacide is SUPPOSED to be a light blue color And supposed to be cleaned out after every use. If it’s not it can cause cross-contamination, ringworms and different infections for clients. If state board were to walk in all their license can get taken away just for that. They are not sanitary.
I used to go to this threading place a few years back and thought I would give it another try. Omg terrible experience. First of all they were not friendly at all when walking in. The lady was done within like 2 minutes, was SUPER rough, and left a ton of hairs. I got my brows done hours ago and they’re still raw. I have small cuts on my eyebrows and also a bald spot on the front of one of my eyebrows. Absolutely horrible eyebrow service. They clearly pick and choose when they feel like doing a decent job, and this was NOT one of those times. Do not recommend this place at all…I will never be going back. I went to station 1 and she completely butchered my eyebrows and thinned them out way more than I asked for, like there was no tomorrow. It felt rushed, careless, and honestly like they didn’t care at all about the outcome. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
I’m very unsatisfied with my service. The older lady on chair #3 always does a horrible eyebrow job, I constantly have to ask her to fix something and when she does she’ll cut me or mess up my natural shape. I will not be going back to her. Mind you I just got them done yesterday
I've been coming here for about a few years and I was very disappointed . The fact that I wrote my name on the waiting list before new people came in they skipped me 3 times so I left . Gonna have to go somewhere else .
