Latoya was very professional and pleasant
I’ve been calling since Friday. No one answers or calls back. If you call people back in the order it’s received then that’s the longest call back list in history! It’s Monday now I just tried all the Florida locations, and some of the Mississippi 9ones. Why have receptionist if they don’t answer the phone or call you back? What if it’s a real emergency and someone needs their doctor? I’m gonna switch after this honestly just terrible customer service!
