Amazing experience from start to finish. I first booked a skin consultation with Kaya, and she explained everything to me in detail. From the very beginning, she was honest and told me this wasn't a quick fix. She spent plenty of time answering all my questions and created a personalised skincare routine and treatment plan for me. I’ve been a regular customer for the past few months and the experience has been excellent every single time! I primarily visit for waxing and threading, and the results are always spot on. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the ambience is lovely, and the place is spotlessly clean. What’s even better is that all of this comes at very affordable prices.
