My daughter that was approved for braces through Medicaid due to the impactment and condition also her emotional state. She cried all the time. Could not smile. Now 17. Her teeth look worse than they did after 2 yrs. Dr kay threatened her to take braces off. Referrals were supposed to be send and were not. She sufferes emotional and physical from this they will not answer my calls. I'm trying to help with the emotional , the crying she won't she is being bullied in school It's not right.
My calls are never answered. I get answering machine and after answering machine it doesn't beep, just goes to busy signal. How can u run a business like this? Do I have to drive 40 minutes to the office to talk to someone?
Never answeres the phone when people call or they are always closed for some reason
