Fantastic to work with Kay Quality Floor Care is the best!! I have beige carpets that were a mess thanks to NYE and b-day parties, and they came in and got everything so clean - the stains are gone and I couldn't believe it! They did a great job and were fantastic to work with!

Really nice service OK - It's clear they are a Quality company. I refinished my floors myself a few years ago and they looked OK (= pretty bad). We finally decided to have them redone and WOW! We never thought they could look so good. Like a great dessert you don't want to eat. Billy is a really nice guy and a real pro.

Excellent customer service I recommend Kay Quality Floor Care. They did an amazing job. I should have done a before and after picture. Their prices are competitive, but it is their customer service that sets them apart. They went out of their way to help me remove some items so that I wouldn't have to rent a truck. I will use them again in the future!
