Excellent service Lisa and Dr. Kay do an amazing job.
DR.KAY WAS MY PCP FOR MANY YEARS. THE PRACTICE WAS FORMERLY THAT OF STUART STRIKOWSKY, MD. SO I REMAINED A PATIENT WITH THE NEW DR. HE IS VERY KIND AND SEEMS TO HAVE HAD MY BEST INTERESTS AT HEART. THE ONLY REASON I NO LONGER SEE HIM IS I'VE JUST TURNED 65 AND HE DOESN'T TAKE MY PARTICULAR MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLAN. OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE REMAINED HIS PATIENT.
The lady answering the phone is very rude. If someone is calling a facility is because we have questions and we would like to be instructed or informed about how these services work. No need to be rude.
Dr. Kay and his staff are truly wonderful. They take time to listen and communicate clearly. Everyone is friendly and kind. I highly recommend them .
Please don't let these fake reviews fool you as they did me. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment to only be called a couple days before the appointment and asked if I could reschedule 30 DAYS LATER! horrible experience!
