I went by Kay Parks after being referred to them. I had a car accident and damaged my front bumper. I called right before closing, arriving right at closing. Dan fixed the bumper, right then and there. Amazing service! I hope my car doesn't get hurt again, but if it does I know I have a great place to go.
I have used them three times. They are very professional and have done great jobs. Bruce is knowledgeable, kind and very courteous. Once they even fixed my bumper dent for free (elsewher charges about $200 to $300) since I could not file a claim to my insurance.
I had my car repaired at Kay Parks/Dan Meyer and had a very pleasant experience. They got my car in promptly and the office staff was very accommodating, helpful and pleasant. I was very happy with the repairs and the detailing of my car. It looked great.
I had to take my 2004 truck back 3 times to be fixed, runs on the door, holes in the paint and round spots? Bruce would say one thing after another but my truck was never fixed VERY BAD WORK!
