I was looking for a particular engagement ring my lady friend wanted. I went to Kay and Sheyda, one of the sales persons greeted me with a warm and friendly welcome. I showed her a picture of the ring and she located the exact one we saw on line. Sheyda was very patient with me and explained everything thoroughly. I did purchase the ring and left totally satisfied with the exceptional service and my purchase!
