The customer service at this store is far superior to any other jewelry store I have shopped at. We did not purchase my engagement ring on our last visit but was given great options and we will be back. I take my jewelry to be inspected every 6 months and every time I go Emily is so kind. This last time I went she helped me pick out a ring and it was such a great experience, she is so knowledgeable. My husband and I buy all of my jewelry from Kay Jewelers and I highly recommend it.
Emily was wonderful. I was looking for a graduation ring that felt like me. She listened to my ideas and immediately knew what I was looking for. I’m super indecisive when I’m by myself but choosing was effortless with her. She gave me her honest opinion based on my reactions, I didn’t have to say how much I liked the different styles she just knew.
