best place ever! i’ve never been treated with such care. everyone was so helpful and explained everything so clear. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Melinda was so kind, understanding, and made the process amazing. Ask for her if you’re ever planning on visiting!
In the beginning our experience was amazing! My husband has purchased jewelry there many times. The young man that was working there is someone I care not to assist us. I left out of the store heartbroken. My husband bought me a cross. For some various reason it wasn’t in the computer! My sapphire stone fell out. My experience with Kay far exceeded my expectations, specifically the employee helping me (Kennedy) was so amazing, patient, and accommodating. This review is LONG over due. Melinda! You are amazing! The husband and I went in several months ago with a laundry list of things we had been putting off and Melinda was so helpful, kind, knowledgeable, patient, and funny. Her sense of humor made us wonder if we were related. We were there for a long time and she never once made us feel uncomfortable or unwanted.
