I would like to share my experience I had with Melinda Goldsmith, from KAY Jewelers, at the Aurora Farms Premium Outlet store today. I had a few necklaces that needed repair and untangling. As she started to work on unknotting my necklaces, she would look up and greet each customer as they walked into the store, and never did I feel ignored.
