Alyssa that works at the Greenville SC location was phenomenal. I live overseas and came to visit for a few weeks. I needed my ring fixed and cleaned and she made it happen. I received my ring back within a week. I am happy with the outcome and service. This has made my stay less stressful!
Amanda was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was the first place we went shopping for engagement rings. Staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy. We ultimately returned to this location and purchased the ring!
