IDE like to start by saying WOW. Let me share my experience. I’m an Alaska fisherman who hasn’t been home in 6 months. I couldn’t get a hair cut to look good for dinner for my girlfriend. We will absolutely never be using this kay or any other kay again. We've had nothing but problems with them since 2022. We spoke with the manager of this location, Wayne about what had happened to us at different locations. He was extremely apologetic and wanted to make things right. However, when they sent my rings off for service, they took a week longer than expected with absolutely no communication. Every time I walk into Kay, I am greeted with a warm smile and friendly hello. There is not many placed that fit my tastes in jewelry. Kay at the Outlets is one place that does! If they don't have what I am looking for in store, they always offer the digital storefront. As well as, to customize something for me!
