I didn’t honestly think I was going to walk out with a ring today or find anything that I would like- I have very simple tastes. Houda was so kind and really listened to everything I said until I ended up walking out with an engagement ring that was absolutely perfect. I would give her 10 stars if I could! Thanks so much

IDE like to start by saying WOW. Let me share my experience. I’m an Alaska fisherman who hasn’t been home in 6 months. I couldn’t get a hair cut to look good for dinner for my girlfriend. We will absolutely never be using this kay or any other kay again. We've had nothing but problems with them since 2022. We spoke with the manager of this location, Wayne about what had happened to us at different locations. He was extremely apologetic and wanted to make things right. However, when they sent my rings off for service, they took a week longer than expected with absolutely no communication.
