Rose is such an amazing sales representative. My husband and I have been coming to her for a decade now. In my opinion no other associate measures up to her. She is very patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I have never felt pressured to buy from her. She helped me when my hubby was upgrading my engagement ring. She demonstrated various styles of rings along with dupes to compare prices. The upgrade was easy and smooth. Thank you Rose for all of your help!
Walked into the store just to browse and were immediately greeted warmly by Susan. Hubby wanted a simple black wedding band but after trying them on they were too heavy. Susan brought out her IPad and said since we don’t have your size in store and will have to order one custom- let’s see what’s online. He found a light and comfortable white gold band and I found a very pretty marquise diamond band that matched my engagement ring perfectly.
