They will advertise 0% interest for 36 months… WHICH IS NOT TRUE!! They did not tell us that it will actually be 1 month 0% interest and 50% INTEREST EACH SUBSEQUENT MONTH! They took advantage of my fiancé and I for my engagement ring!! Our families and I are long time costumers of Kay and Jared, not anymore!!! THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP US! Contacting the consumer financial protection bureau and a family attorney as we speak for misrepresentation and failure to disclose financial terms!!
I purchased a beautiful ring a few weeks ago but it just wasn’t quite what I was looking for. I’ve been truly searching for this ring for a few months. I brought my daughter in as she’s looking at engagement rings and bam there she was the perfect ring I have been looking for. Ashley was so amazing to work with. She was wonderful working with my daughter and then she helped me exchange my ring. I’m beyond happy. Can’t wait to come back and do some more shopping. Thank you so much Ashley
Catherine Cameron was amazing!!! I have been to many Kay Jewlers and had issues with the technology that caused some frustrations on both my end and the workers at Kay. From the moment I stepped in the store today even though they were busy, she treated me with a smile and conversation while we waited to get my current ring sized. Very kind and knowledgeable!! I plan to go to this Kay in the future exclusively.
Ashley did a fantastic job helping me pick out a wedding band for my wife! She stuck to my price range and found something that was perfect 11/10!
