My wife and I have unfortunately had a pretty frustrating experience with Kay Jewelers. She originally dropped her ring off to be resized, and the first time it was returned it wasn’t done correctly. We had to bring it back again to have it fixed. Then my wife brought in her Valentine’s gift — another ring that simply needed to be resized. When we got it back, the ring was cracked, which obviously shouldn’t happen during a basic resize.
