I visited this location last month, I typically go the same Kays located in my hometown, but I decided to visit a new one and had the pleasure of being helped by Ricardo! He was so kind and professional, I will definitely be returning and trust him with how he handled my jewelry cleaning.
Amazing service from Hadas. She was great and is very well informed about her job. Hadas made us feel comfortable and was professional at all times. Without Hadas , we would still be ring shopping.
Update: After taking the necklace to a jeweler, I found out that the clasp was jammed and there was no need for replacement. It took their sales person just a look and 10 seconds of work to fix it. This confirmed that the personal at KAY has no experience or knowledge of jewelry. TERRIBLE customer service. After spending thousands of dollars, they want to charge for a defective clasp. They don't even inspect it, they instantly said that if I didn't buy their "lifetime" warranty that they can't do anything about it.
Nicole and Ricardo were great, they helped me out a lot. I got my birthday gift to myself from there !
Wonderful shopping experience with Hadas helping us. She was very knowledgeable and showed us several pieces without pressuring us to make a purchase.
