I brought a watch in that needed a link taken out of the band. It also needed a small piece on the clasp adjusted so it would snap into place. At first Danika didn't want to mess with it out of fear of breaking it, but I figured worse case scenario I leave in the same predicament as I arrived in, so I told her to go for it. I have been a long time Kay customer, I’d go in maybe once every few years for rings or a necklace but I always felt like I was being hustled or looked at as a cash day for the associates. Until I met Laurie not only has she gone above and beyond but has taught me how to take care of my jewelry, maintain even goes above and beyond to make sure my family is comfortable when they come in and allows my daughter to be a child when in her store, when she works it feels like home.
