I brought a watch in that needed a link taken out of the band. It also needed a small piece on the clasp adjusted so it would snap into place. At first Danika didn't want to mess with it out of fear of breaking it, but I figured worse case scenario I leave in the same predicament as I arrived in, so I told her to go for it. After 10 or so minutes of expert repair work, my Invicta is a good as new and fits great.
