I have been a client for years. taken my watch there for battery changes for 4 o 5 years and prior to that location the Kay jewelers in Park City mall but in last 2 visit that experience change. first they broke my Movado Watch and tried to fix with Tape yes you reeded right Tape. Nicolette at the outlets is so fantastic and personable. She was in tune to our needs. Highly recommend. Even greeted by Malachi which was super warming.
