Went in today to have new watch batteries installed after the Park City store refused to do so. Skylar and Andrew changed 7 batteries for us . They were very pleasant and professional. As it turned out we also bought 2 watches and earrings for my wife’s and my 50th wedding anniversary gifts. This will be our new Kay store as we just moved tho Lancaster last year. Awesome Customer Service!!!!
I recently came in with my fiancé for her first ring check up you could say lol - while her ring was being inspected they notice the center diamond was loose.
