Mari went above and beyond to help us get the exact engagement ring and band that we wanted. Even called another store to have it sent to her. Our local Kays in WV couldn’t be bothered and Mari made sure it would be there in time before our vacation ended. When we picked up the rings, Rob was very helpful with all the details we needed on sizing and warranties. The two of them were fantastic!
