Why don't they update their schedules? I arrived at 7:57 pm and the ladies already had the store closed, Google says that you close the store at 9:00 pm

Took my Le Vian ring in to Kay Outlet in Lehi to have a small stone replaced. Basil was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was lucky again to have Basil look after me when I returned to pick up my ring. What a great sales associate. Such a pleasure to run across such a wonderful employee.

Basil at the Traverse Mountain store was great! She was ready for us when we arrived at our appointment and was prepared with what I was looking for. She showed us options, educated us on the differences between the rings, and was very patient while I made my decision. I highly recommend her-you won’t be disappointed.

Basil was awesome! She gave a lot of good information and answered all our questions! She didn’t push us to buy anything but instead focused on the education part so we could get the best ring that we both love! We loved our experience there today! Thank you Basil!

I came in to look at rings and necklaces for a vacation that I was getting prepared for, and Basil was an absolute delight to work with in-store. They answered questions about financing and options promptly, had a great eye for the aesthetic I was going for, and was kind and professional throughout the process.
