I was trying to replace my son‘s stolen watch for Christmas, but Kay jewelers could not have it to me in time and refused to tell me (while they were looking at the purchase on their screen), after asking three times, what the make and model were (I having had purchased it there). Inevitably they knew I had no option but either to not give it to him for Christmas, or to buy it somewhere else. You haven’t just lost this watch sale, you’ve lost every sale I would’ve ever made at your store.
I haven't bought my wife any jewelry since her wedding ring 21 years ago. I was nervous and out of my element for sure. Betty was great to work with, she listened to me, asked good questions about what my wife would like and I never felt any pressure to get anything more or different than what I was looking for. Betty made it a great experience, and I'm certain the pieces I bought will be well received on Christmas. Thank you!
