This is the best Kay Jewelers I’ve had the experience of visiting. I received a nice watch as a gift (not purchased at Kay) and needed some links out. Zach went above and beyond to take the links out of my new watch within 5 minutes and didn’t even charge me! He was so sincere and genuinely awesome. I’m definitely be back to give this store and Zach my business. A++!
