Went shopping for my wedding band, was helped by a super helpful guy, very professional and very helpful, when the assistant manager barged in and took over, she was very pushy and super dismissive…needless to say I left and went somewhere else.

If I could do 0 stars I would, I came in to get a link removed from the bracelet that has my dads ashes in it, and the heavy set woman that never even stood up to greet me flat said no before she even looked at it. I went to Jared, the sister company that does all alterations for them, removed the link with no questions asked and didn’t even charge me with smile on her face. DO NOT RECOMMEND KAY! He went to Jared for a reason
