Had a great experience at K Jewelers. Pearl helped me out and was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. They made the whole process easy, and pressure-free. Really appreciated how clearly everything was explained. I left feeling confident about my purchase. Would definitely recommend asking for Pearl if you want someone who actually listens and cares!!
There was a minor problem with the date of the pick up; however, after mentioning it, they apologized and made sure everything was sorted out for me later on the same day. Everyone makes mistakes, but this is how you fix them.
I came in just to have a ring resized since it was laying around in my drawer for many years. This process took more time than anticipated because they wanted the finish to match perfectly. It was totally worth the wait because it looks brand new!
