I needed to purchase a few pieces of jewelry while “on the run” and Alicia was a tremendous help! Her enthusiasm and energy was uplifting! I explained the occasion and what I wanted, although they did not have exactly what I was looking for, she helped me find a wonderful substitute, completely within my budget!!!

The ladies at Kay were absolutely amazing!! My son (and I) went in to find a necklace for his girlfriend. The minute we walked through the doors both ladies greeted us with smiles and asked how they could help us. It was very inviting. We explained what we were looking for and my son’s price range. My fiancé placed an order for a ring on the 26th it’s supposed to be “delivered” by the 11th today we wake up with a full refund for the ring. The tracking still says it’s coming this is so disappointing you really need to do better. Now I have to pick a whole new ring out and wait longer for my engagement due to the company.
