We went in on Christmas Eve at my hubbies urging to just have my wedding ring serviced! They took time to take care of our needs on a busy sale day. Thank you so much, you really care about your customers even after the sale. That's what keeps bringing us back to Kay!
I had to exchange a pair of earings (twice) and dealt with Audrey at the Auburn location and she was absolutely amazing! She was super patient, even when I came back in a 2nd time to go with a different pair from my original exchange and I am loving my 3rd choice!! Lol Ask for her if you go there!!
