I have been going to this jeweler for over 20 years. The management is wonderful. You can tell by the quality of staff that is employed there. Everyone is friendly and helpful without being pushy to make the sale. They really listen to what you are looking for and do everything they can to fulfill your request. You want a low stress jewelry buying experience, this is the place. This is the only place I will ever go to for jewelry.
Stopped by the Kay Jewelry Outlet at the Auburn outlet mall to ask a question about servicing a watch, and the experience was decent overall. The store is easy to find, and with the shared mall parking lot, getting in and out is simple. Service wasn’t the quickest, but the staff was available and eventually checked in without being pushy. If you buy jewelry here, I won't comment because the prices are reasonable, but I have to advise you to think carefully about jewelry insurance. I spent thousands of dollars on an engagement ring set in 2019, and the staff told me I should buy insurance to protect against situations where the diamonds on my wife's ring might fall out, and that the insurance would cover replacements.
