Attorney Lynne M. Kay has violated the law multiple times in the case. She did not include the required Servicemembers Civil Relief Act Affidavit, which by the law is required when filing the motion she filed. She also filed multiple false certificates of service and her website talks about Colorado Child Support Statutes, yet we are in NC. She also illegally amended a motion after a judge already signed it.
