Attorney Lynne Kay just stopped responding to my questions and requests. I paid her entire fee up front for her to handle my divorce, custody, property. She repeatedly said: Let’s focus on this and then we’ll get to that. Once the divorce was final, that left custody and property to be dealt with. It shouldn’t have been done long before that. Attorney Lynne M. Kay has violated the law multiple times in the case. She did not include the required Servicemembers Civil Relief Act Affidavit, which by the law is required when filing the motion she filed. She also filed multiple false certificates of service and her website talks about Colorado Child Support Statutes, yet we are in NC. She also illegally amended a motion after a judge already signed it.
