If you’re looking to sign a lease here over the summer I’d look elsewhere. Great location, but they scam your deposit money from you. I stayed from the end of May until September. When moving in, our shower did not work and there was a hole where the shower head is, the toilet paper holder on the wall was broken off. We notified management so maintenance could come fix it.
