I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from Kay, this store in particular. I took some items in today for repair and I was greeted by the manager and two other employees. I learned today about a policy they had, after being a customer for years, cost me $60….no big deal. I didn’t want to pay it but whatever. It is what it is. My problem is the managers attitude. The ladies at Kay Jewelers were absolutely wonderful! They were so fun, friendly, and personable—it made the whole experience enjoyable. They helped us right away with my wedding band repair and even went above and beyond by cleaning my engagement ring for free. Their customer service was top-notch, and I truly appreciated how warm and welcoming they were. Thank you, Renee, for making what could have been a stressful errand feel so easy and pleasant!

My mother and I came in to get my rings cleaned and ended up walking out with a few additional items. Needless to say the customer service was phenomenal. Mrs. Tammy was so very patient and helpful. The staff is always friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend if your looking for a nice piece of jewelry with a good experience, this is the right place.
Took my ring in to get re-soldered. The first time my husband was told they would do it this time because it was under a year. (I have had the ring since 2022 and have it under warranty) the ring came back and was very uneven and looked horrible. Took it back and they sent it out again.
