Heather was very nice and she did a great job helping me find my wife a birthday gift.
Stephanie is the best person on this earth. A girls girl who knows what you want and makes it a reality. She helped build a custom wedding band for a wedding ring from the 50’s. Made it look seamless, modern but still holds its authentic quality. She was damn near close to being invited to the wedding at this point. Amazing customer service, pricing, time spent creating and preparing my fiancé and i’s ring.
Heather at the Lorain store was great! She went above and beyond to help me with my situation and at the end of the visit I walked out work a brand new ring and much less stress.
