Kay Jewelers on Leavitt Rd in Lorain, Ohio is where I purchase my jewelry from and have for many years. All the associates have taken care of me well and greet me when I walk into the store. Martha is very friendly, outgoing and assures that my cleaning and inspections are done carefully. and thoroughly. She shows me jewelry that I want to look at but with no pressure. I decided to go to Kay to spoil myself with some new earrings. I was initially overwhelmed with the beautiful selection of earrings. I was greeted by a nice sales woman. She took the time to discuss with me what I was interested in and my budget for some earrings. At the end of my shopping experience, I left with two beautiful pairs of earrings. Thanks Martha for making my experience enjoyable!
