This is probably the worst store in the surrounding area. YOU BETTER GO TO HICKORY STORE IF YOU WANT GREAT SERVICE. I brought my ring in for a simple cleaning in the store and the manager at the time suggested that I send it off because I never had before to get it buffed and cleaned, so I agreed. The lady took it upon her self to put on the service note that my ring and my wife ring needs to be resized up a whole size (we never agreed on this). We came in for a simple cleaning. Lori helped me & my mother and was so sweet and helpful! I came in for a 6 month diamond inspection/cleaning for my wedding rings that were purchased from Zales and she had no problem helping me with that, even though the ring was not purchased at a Kay. And helped my mother take a look at some jewelry she was interested in. Amazing experience with Lori!
