I only have good things to say about this location. The staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I always come here first when I'm looking for jewelry.
I ordered a piece of jewelry from this store, and I received an email stating my item was ready for pickup. I went to pick it up, and the person there asked me multiple ridiculous questions... "Did you order it in-store? Did you order it online?" So, I said do you not have it? She should have simply ask my name and go check if she had it. Asking a customer to go into their emails and search for an order is ridiculous. I could maybe understand if this was a big city and they had a lot of oders to be picked up.
