While visiting the Wallace Commons location, I just wanted to pass on an exceptional experience I had with possible future customers. Jessica, referred to as "JJ" went over and beyond her customer service, and I recommend anyone looking for that special "diamond" to look her up, and if Corporate sees this, do whatever it takes to retain her in this competitive business!! 5 Star service!!
Anna was awesome! My husband and I came in and she was super helpful and fun to work with! I purchased two pieces from her along with the protection plans and definitely intend to come back to get more. Jacob was also super friendly and kind to us and made great suggestions! This location was small, clean and quiet and I loved my shopping experience there.
Felicia was wonderful to work with. She was super patient and very knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend working with her! Thank you again!
