I first went to KAY jewelers with my girlfriend just wanting to get a complimentary ring sizing, but the friendliness of staff, specifically Ava, made us want to look at the rings offered and even try them on to see what we liked. Ava was very patient with us and really cared about our story and what we wanted in our rings. She explained to us certain ring terminology and laid everything out for us very clearly.
