Kay Jewelers’ Joseph Payne in Rome, GA, rocks—as does the store itself. Joe is professional, extremely knowledgable, kind, friendly—and a great salesman without any pressure tactics whatsoever. I stopped by Kay’s because I’d inherited some gold flakes and had no idea what to do with them. Joe was a wealth of knowledge about the gold and gold refiners. Selina and Natalie always go above and beyond to help me get EXACTLY what I'm looking for. Selina is always quick ro share the very best deals and Natalie is always so sweet. I highly recommend this store and these two women specifically!
The store manager, Joe, was excellent. Gave me a great experience and great care. I came in 20 mins before closing too, like a schmuck, but he didn't even blink twice. Was as kind and professional as could be!!!
My husband and I were in 2 days ago to look at an anniversary band. Natalie was the associate that helped us. She gave several wonderful suggestions to help make the ring unique for us. I did go with some suggestions and am looking forward to seeing the end results. Natalie was very helpful, professional and attentive to our needs. We will continue to shop at the store in Rome.
