I dropped off A necklace to be fixed, unfortunately they were not able to fix it. Luckily, having a lifetime warranty helped. John was able to not Only have me pick out a new necklace. He also got me the matching ring. I have to say today was one of the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Thank you so much to John And Kay’s jewelry store. You guys are amazing
