The staff has been nothing but amazing Mrs. Crystal, Mrs. Mary, Mrs. Jade, and Mrs Gemini, Mrs.Laura and Mrs.Diamond . Have given me the best customer service that I have had in a while, so I truly appreciate the staff here at Kay jeweler in Middletown.
Jade and Crystal were AMAZING!!!! My online purchase was not what I expected. When I got to the store I was met with smiles and promised a resolve. They checked the website, called other stores and got exactly what I was looking for. Not only did they resolve my issue, they were able to get me the original ring I wanted!
