The service was very poor and the sales women were very rude. My husband has bought several items for me here and I went to pickup my ring after being sized. I have told him to not go back because of the way I was treated.

Everything started off wrong and ended wrong. I was sold a ring that couldn't be sized to the size needed. I bought the lifetime warranty so I wouldn't have to worry. So, we order the ring and then have to have it sent out to be sized. It comes back the wrong size and have to send it out again. Laura was very helpful with getting my ring resized and being upfront about how long it could take just in case I wanted to for a "special occasion." She informed me of my warranty and what all that entails. Laura was very informative. We even looked at kids jewelry and made me feel like I wasn't bothering her. Ideas for Christmas. Defiance location always has the nicest staff.
