I lost the top left diamond on my engagement ring. I was terrified! I was going to go to the Ft. Wayne Kay's when I realized I didn't have to, since we have one in Defiance. I was so glad! The service was excellent, the diamond was replaced, and the ring was redipped. It looks like brand new! I love the convenience of having a Kay's in Defiance!
Love the availability it provides since my Zales store closed in Ft. Wayne,IN with no warning. Soo much easier to go to Kay Jewelers here in Defiance, Ohio not have to drive to Maumee or Toledo, Ohio. Recommend them, they are fast and very informative.
