A couple weeks ago I was helped by Angela and Dena. They helped me with a poor situation that another Kay jewelers store created. I walked into their store just to take a look at what they had and once they heard everything that was going on they immediately started trying to get things figured out for me. Bought yet another ring and this location in Lady Lake Fl, yet again great service, welcomed into the store and I never have any issues Angela thankyou again for helping me pick out yet another Neil lane.
They lost or stole my wedding ring. They’re not to worried about it & my husband is deceased. I’m making a report. They tried to replace it & call it mine. It’s half the size 🤬
