I purchased a watch online and brought it to these folks to have some links removed from the band. Despite the fact I didn’t buy it from them they charged me only $10 for a service that took 30 minutes. But more importantly than the excellent service I received I was eavesdropping on a lot of conversations between customers and the staff. And all I heard were examples of great customer care. I was very impressed.
