Very disappointed, I called the store in Athens AL to see if a ring was available before purchasing. Robin answered and after letting her know I was checking on a ring, she hung up. I called a second time, and after two rings it disconnected. I called a third time, and Robin answered again. I asked why she kept hanging up and she stayed quiet. Never once did she apologize or knowledge her wrong doing. Will not be doing business with Kay’s if this is how employees will be treating customers.

Hannah was very helpful. Kay is a great spot for jewelry. I was shopping for a chain for my cross. She quickly found the perfect one for a good price. Asked for a recommendation on a gift. Her idea was great! Much appreciated!
It was a pure pleasure shopping here. The ladies helping me were inviting, Friendly, super helpful. My Husband and I have shopped at other Jewelry stores in town, and none of them can beat the experience at Kay in Athens.
